Thought for the day: Our lives have no purpose if our deaths serve none.

Ok, first off, yes, I still live. Sorry to have worried some of you guys. My derth of posts has been the result of 3 factors:
1. I haven't been spending enough time drawing and had a brain lock on the comic's development. This has been solved by my finally deciding to do the character designs FIRST instead of right before a character is introduced, and to go back to the basics with this developement.
2. I've been waiting for the people who I went through this course with the first time to forget about and stop checking this site. Shallow I know, but man were they ever annoying as all hell.
3. I was addicted to WoW. I mean truly addicted, it was just about all I did in my spare time, it actually stopped being fun and became a second job. It took a few tries, but I finally quit it cold turkey about a month ago and now I'm clean. That shit is worse than crack, should have a "play at your own risk" label.

So yeah, thats why I haven't been posting but I'm back and churning out my doodles once more.

Now for what I need help on. I am looking for a colorist and webdesigner to help me finally bring Blades of the Emperor off the ground (I've also been debating on whether or not to change that title. It just doesn't seem catchy, and the whole theme I was basing the name around has changed completely so it no longer really fits into the comic much. A catchier 1 or 2 word title would be far better I think, if you have any suggestions, please send them to me!!!).

I've been putting it off for way too long, and while this has caused the quality of the comic to improve dramatically its been turning into my life's great "When I have time" dream. I read a short story recently that had a man who had dreamed of being a great writer in his youth but he kept putting it off "till he had time" and at 40 he was a broken bitter shell of a man. It really connected with me, so I've decided that whether or not its perfect I need to start making the comic NOW!!!

So yeah, if you would be willing to help me with the comic then shoot me a note here. As of right now I have no intention of paying anyone to do either job (Site Donations would be split evenly between everyone involved, my share would go to site maintenance.), after all I'm not rich by any means so I couldn't pay well if I wanted too. So if your interested still even with that in mind then let me know and I'll see about bringing you onto the team!
